Labor Finders - Terminated after calling gm about sexual harassment
I told Xazier, who unfortunately suppose to be considered a manager that one of his workers touched me inappropriately and his response was" Raj Paragh is one of my best employee and has been working for this company for a while ( which is two months) and he is going to the site where you said this happened. Are you going to go or not?
He did offer to seek another assignment, apologize for the worker grabbing my waste as his hand slipped down and I had to shove him off, nor did he address the problem. He sent us back out to the same location, leaving me no choice, but to try to address the guy seeking an apology when I seen him at the work site. He knew the Xavier lacked integrity and honesty so he was confident he could get away with it. I contacted the Denton police department to file a report and was asked to leave the property and given a criminal trespass, while at work.
LOL.Picked up by Yvette and taken back the Labor Finders where Xavier told me to leave the facility immediately. I did look on the wall that morning to find any brochure that accomodates me in filing a sexual harassment complaint and it didnt surprise me that there was not one visible.
This is a terrible place to work for women.I called management 949 751 **** and was suppose to receive a call from Jerry, the regional manager and never heard from him or no one.I guess this explains why sexual misconduct is a problem here. Look at how they address it.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Labor Finders Pros: Departure.
Labor Finders Cons: Xavier.
